- Attend a pre-start briefing and sign onto the permit
DURING work:
-
- Work in accordance with the Permit, including implementing the control measures and other documented requirements outlined in the Permit, at all times.
- Report all incidents immediately and stop work under the Permit if it is unsafe to continue
AFTER work:
- Ensure the work area is left in a safe and tidy state.
Important Notes
- It is the responsibility of the Subcontractor Supervisor to request, populate, seek approval and close out Permits to Work in accordance with Lendlease requirements.
- Workers are not to proceed with these works without Lendlease approval of the Permit To Work.
- Subcontractor Supervision is to brief workers on the Permit requirements for the tasks, with workers signing a hard copy of the Permit.
- A hard copy of the Permit, including plans, drawings, scanning reports and any other relevant information is to be kept at the work front for the duration of work.
